This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases made through the SpamSmacker service, operated by Problem Solving Agency Zenahr Barzani, Berlin, Germany.

This Policy applies to all subdomains and environments under spamsmacker.dev.

1. Overview

We offer a 14‑day refund window for new purchases of paid plans, in accordance with EU consumer protection requirements. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial transaction.

All payments and refunds are handled securely by our payment processor, Paddle.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may be granted if:

• your request is submitted within 14 days of purchase; and
• you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service as intended; or
• the Service did not match its description; or
• you are otherwise dissatisfied and provide a reasonable explanation.

Refunds are issued at our discretion within the boundaries of applicable consumer laws.

3. Situations Not Eligible for Refunds

Refunds may be declined if:

• more than 14 days have passed since purchase; or
• you have used a substantial portion of your plan's included features; or
• your account was suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service; or
• the issue is caused by outages or limitations of the YouTube API or third‑party services outside our control.

4. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling a subscription:

• stops all future charges,
• allows continued access to premium features until the end of the already‑paid billing period,
• does not automatically trigger a refund.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

2. Include your account email address and date of purchase.
3. Our payment processor, Paddle, will process approved refunds to your original payment method.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5–7 business days.
